Edvige Mancuso, a former principal, is currently a Leadership Coach/Mentor with the Executive Leadership Institute (ELI). During her thirty-three year career with the NYC Department of Education, she served in various capacities: teacher, district coordinator, assistant principal and principal. As a principal, Edvige’s strong planning, organization and communication skills propelled her school, a SURR school, to achieve “Good Standing” with the NYSED in two years and to a position among the top 5% of Title I schools in the city. Edvige served as an adjunct professor at Lehman College and her recent work with Fordham University, involved the mentoring of aspiring leaders. Edvige is tri-lingual; she is fluent in Italian and Spanish.
