Monica was a former NYCDOE Administrator and is currently working for the Executive Leadership Institute at CSA. 32 years experience as an educator. My passion for children and educators is exhibited through my roles as a teacher, administrator, and mentor. I believe that being an educator is life work and it never ends and the beauty is that one never stops learning. I possess a special adeptness in the areas of early childhood, elementary education literacy and science, special education, and behavior management. Monica is extremely organized and recognizes the importance of being a team player. Monica is a member of Phi Delta Kappa, the National Council of Negro Women , and the Greater Centennial AME ZION Church. She loves the arts in all its forms, reading, and most of all traveling.
