This workshop gives supervisors and school leaders the tools necessary for observing teachers of ELLs and for providing important feedback to improve their teaching practices for the ELL student--including ELLs with diverse needs. The workshop reviews the Danielson, SIOP, and other ELL observational models to further provide supervisors observational feedback support.
