This session will be interactive for administrators to identify, collect, and analyze data to create structures and processes needed for equity and school improvement. The presentation will outline a systematic approach to uncovering a challenge that rises to the top, followed by designing an improvement plan based on implementation science for equity. Administrators will be provided time to review and discuss the latest research in educational equity as well as crosswalk research to practice by reflecting on systemic equitable practices for their own school or district. At the end of the presentation, administrators will have a replicable, highly researched protocol to lead staff toward identifying solutions in their own district.
