The Advanced Leadership Program for Aspiring Principals (ALPAP) is designed to identify and build capacity within the existing pool of experienced administrators who aspire to become principals by offering them the opportunity to enhance existing skills and acquire new skills needed for the principalship. ALPAP is a year-long principal preparatory experience for administrators where the complex nature of decision-making and authentic leadership is explored.
