This workshop supports supervisors in having
conversations about racism. Participants
identify the skills necessary to lead a school. They
explore ways to begin the talk about racism including
empathy and the right to be safe. The workshop
provides opportunities and support in acknowledging
the value of reflection and feedback in promoting
social justice
