Equitable Access to Supportive School & Classroom Environments (School Climate, Academic Supports, Perceptions of Safety, Discipline…) – Dr. Elam facilitates a 3-hour interactive stand-alone workshops to discuss research and implement turn-around strategies and evidence-based equitable practices. Administrators will build capacity to increase their effectiveness in professional development and/or strategic plans that address High-Leverage Priorities/Problems (HLP) to attain equitable outcomes and opportunities for students and teachers. The sessions will consist of evidence-based practices to address HLP’s.
