This workshop focuses on our multilingual learners. Through activities and discussions participants gain resources to change the mindset of their teachers by guiding them to look at the talents, spirits, and strengths of our multilingual learners. Participants explore strategies to build student autonomy, agency and resilience to help close the achievement gap. [ST88]
