Managing Difficult Conversations

This workshop will explore how to speak candidly and directly about a child’s behavior to a parent; confronting disrespectful or hurtful behavior; telling a co-worker “no” to a request for help when you know there is a real need; making a suggestion to the group that goes against the majority: These are situations we often try to avoid. Through presentations, discussion, exercises and practice on a difficult conversation of your choosing, this workshop will present some fundamental and powerful tools for helping you engage in such challenging dialogues.
