In this independent session of the mental and physical wellness workshop series, participants will learn lymphatic massage and joint articulation to improve lymphatic and synovial fluid flow and joint health and to boost immune response and holistic detox processes while incorporating deep breathing, mindfulness, and somatic movement. No experience needed; all abilities, ages, body types, genders, and cultures are welcomed. Comfortable clothing that allows free movement and water for personal hydration is highly recommended. Somatic movement practices adapted from Moving for Life Dance Exercise for Health®️
