In this independent session of the mental and physical wellness workshop series, participants will work on building muscle strength and endurance through basic yoga postures and exercises focusing on core distal connectivity while incorporating breathing, mindfulness, and somatic movement. No experience needed; all abilities, ages, body types, genders, and cultures are welcomed. Comfortable clothing that allows free movement and water for personal hydration is highly recommended. Somatic movement practices adapted from Moving for Life Dance Exercise for Health®️
