Monday Mindfulness & Movement for Wellness: Enhancing Balance and Equilibrium

November 18 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am

In this independent session of the mental and physical wellness workshop series, participants will work on enhancing their balance and equilibrium through weight transfer exercises and basic yoga poses while incorporating breathing, mindfulness, and somatic movement. No experience needed; all abilities, ages, body types, genders, and cultures are welcomed. Comfortable clothing that allows free movement and water for personal hydration is highly recommended. Somatic movement practices adapted from Moving for Life Dance Exercise for Health®️
