Monday Mindfulness & Movement for Wellness: Exploring Range of Motion

October 21 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am

In this independent session of the mental and physical wellness workshop series, participants will explore their physical range of motion and adaptive mobility through body isolations and articulations in all horizontal, vertical, and sagittal planes while incorporating breathing, mindfulness, and somatic movement. No experience needed; all abilities, ages, body types, genders, and cultures are welcomed. Comfortable clothing that allows free movement and water for personal hydration is highly recommended. Somatic movement practices adapted from Moving for Life Dance Exercise for Health®️
