Monday Mindfulness & Movement for Wellness: Gentle Stretching and Chair Yoga

January 22 @ 9:00 am - 10:30 am

In this independent session of the mental and physical wellness workshop series, participants will practice gentle stretching exercises and basic yoga in a chair focusing on modifications for limited mobility or compromised health while incorporating breathing, mindfulness, and somatic movement. No experience needed; all abilities, ages, body types, genders, and cultures are welcomed. Comfortable clothing that allows free movement and water for personal hydration is highly recommended.
