In this independent session of the mental and physical wellness workshop series, participants will practice light neck and spine flexion, extension, and rotation to improve mobility and flexibility focusing on homolateral and crosslateral exercises while incorporating breathing, mindfulness, and somatic movement. No experience needed; all abilities, ages, body types, genders, and cultures are welcomed. Comfortable clothing that allows free movement and water for personal hydration is highly recommended. Somatic movement practices adapted from Moving for Life Dance Exercise for Health®️
