Positive Mental Health by Reducing Stress

This workshop explores the development of stress reducing strategies to support and maintain positive mental health, critical to the survival and wellbeing of all. Stress management/reduction tools for school leaders to use are presented. Impediments to positive mental health and techniques for maintaining equilibrium and a state of wellbeing are presented. Individuals are encouraged to realize that their own coping abilities can overcome the normal stresses of life, provide productive work environments and contribute to the community. (ST63)
