This workshop is intended for administrators to provide tips to prepare for the Principal Performance Observation (PPO) using the Multidimensional Principal Performance Rubric (MPPR). Participants will have an opportunity to review tools, reflect on previous PPOs, revamp priority statements, and strengthen practices in preparation for their next PPO. [SSP]
