This workshop will give school leaders a clear understanding of the instructional needs of the Multi-lingual Learners (MLs) and English Language Learners (ELLs). School Leaders will identify effective teaching strategies to support the observation and evaluation process and promote student achievement. These strategies will address the needs of all English Language Learners, including students with diverse needs [ST20]
