College and career readiness education is critical in schools as it prepares students for life after high school as well as after college. It equips students with skills necessary to navigate both the workforce and post-secondary education. This workshop supports supervisors and administrators in their practices to reinforce the established culture of College and Career Readiness in these trying times. Through discussion, participants identify the components of and the keys to a college and career school culture. As parental engagement is essential to student development, this workshop explores ways to involve parents helping their children become college and career ready. (st67)
