Description: This workshop provides participants with a review of what every administrator should know about the tenure decision-making process. Participants will learn key terms, how tenure decisions are made, tenure outcomes, what documents may be used to support submission of tenure evidence, as well as how to develop talking points for preliminary tenure conversations. Participants will also explore the correlation between leadership competencies and instructional frameworks and how to align the annual pedagogical supervisory personnel report to support tenure decisions. This workshop is highly recommended for ALL non-tenured administrators.
