This workshop is intended for administrators to prepare for the Spring Principal Performance Observation (PPO) using the Multidimensional Principal Performance Rubric (MPPR) and previous feedback. Participants are encouraged to bring next steps or feedback from the previous PPO and will have an opportunity to consider progress monitoring processes, reflect on previous PPOs, and strengthen practices in preparation for their next PPO.
