This workshop explores ways to guide school leaders through periods of stress created by work intensification and uncertain times.
Participants review ways to identify situations and triggers, which create stress and disruption as they navigate an increased workload, intensified pace, and continually growing expectations.
Participants explore coping skills, which may help minimize the effects of work intensification on their professional and personal lives. Discussions will include the benefits of self reflection and encouragement, identification of personal stress reducing activities and ways to connect, identify and process self management techniques.
