Are you struggling to have challenging conversations at work? This workshop will introduce a 5-step approach called P.A.R.E.S to help serve as a guide for structuring thoughts and for cultivating an approach to challenging conversations. School leaders will recognize and distinguish the difference between a conversation, counseling session and formal disciplinary meeting. Participants will also use the framework to explore conversation tactics through role play. (SSP)
