Through activities and discussions participants gain resources to change the mindset of their teachers by guiding them to look at the talents, spirits, and strengths of our multilingual learners. Participants explore strategies to build student autonomy, agency and resilience to help close the achievement gap.

Leaders will use research-based tools to explore the best pathways to cultivate affirming, sustainable environments that promote the well-being of all members of the school community.
