This workshop provides school leaders/supervisors of Early Childhood programs with a clear understanding of the CLASS observation and evaluation tool to better support Early Childhood teachers. Participants also explore the CLASS Domains and Dimensions and align them to the Danielson Framework. Through observation scenarios activities, participants evaluate the effectiveness of classroom interactions that promote children’s cognitive and emotional development. A culminating video clip class lesson observation engages participants in giving quality feedback to teachers to maximize students’ interest, engagement, and ability to learn from lessons and activities.
