Participants explore the complexity of relational trust and leadership. They discuss the importance of relational trust in their role as a school leader and outline barriers to developing relational trust. Participants analyze scenarios that focus on establishing relational trust.

In this workshop participants refine their school's vision. Using this vision, they develop a unique brand for their school and develop an action plan to get the message out, including the use of social media.

This workshop offers school leaders an understanding of the importance of infusing arts into our schools.
