This workshop focuses on the creation of a collaborative school environment and culture promoting buy-in and developing teachers‘ instructional expertise and leadership abilities. Participants explore strategies and activities that nurture both new and veteran teachers and effectively leverage resources to move the work of each school forward to sustain improvement.

This workshop will explore ways to resolve the difficult conversations that school leaders may encounter during the phase-in of the new rubric based teacher evaluation/observation process. School Leaders will engage in hands-on, small group activities to hone their communication skills as they work with the new evaluative guidelines.

This workshop explores ways to guide school leaders through periods of stress created by work intensification and uncertain times.
