This workshop explores the multi-level effects of stress and how school leaders can help create a less stressful learning environment. Participants will explore body and mind responses to stressful situations, examine their school culture’s influence in promoting a less stressful learning environment, and identify how to deal with stressful scenarios involving parents, students and teachers.
