This workshop provides supervisors with information regarding the tenure process in New York City. Emphasis is placed on the legal ramifications of tenure law and suggestions to prepare tenure packets. Opportunities to share best practices and the need to provide examples of evidence of work are included in this workshop.

This workshop is to provide tips to prepare for the Principal Performance Observation (PPO) using the Multidimensional Principal Performance Rubric (MPPR). Participants will have an opportunity to review tools, reflect on previous PPOs, and revamp priority statements in preparation for their next PPO. |
