This workshop presents ways that supervisors can support teachers in Running the Room. Rather than tackling a series of tasks and problems one after the other, a teacher who is ‘running the room’ understands their classroom as a complex web of desires and needs and human tendencies wherein every part affects the whole and it’s their job to be the authority over it all.
