This workshop gives supervisors and school leaders the tools necessary for observing teachers of ELLs and for providing important feedback to improve their teaching practices for the ELL student–including ELLs with diverse needs. The workshop reviews the Danielson, SIOP, and other ELL observational models to further provide supervisors observational feedback support.
