(Virtual Workshop) Enhancing Best Practices for the New School Leader!

April 16 @ 12:00 pm - 3:00 pm

This workshop is designed for both new and transitioning school leaders and administrators and will support them during their transition to their newly assigned administrative/supervisory roles. Participants will identify which leadership style works best for the environment in which they work, organize for effort, and enhance their skills for supervising adults and conducting difficult conversations. Participants will also reflect on issues related to their respective leadership role and identify methods to improve their current practice and achieve organizational objectives. (SSP)
